Ole Jensen has provided a detailed, exhaustive and extremely intelligent insight and has also rightfully identified one of the key rationales behind writing the book, “.. aim of establishing an alternative to the two main arbitration hubs in the region. If Malaysia and generally Kuala Lumpur specifically are in the process of advertising themselves as viable alternatives to Hong Kong and Singapore, a book such as that of Professor Rajoo goes a long way”. With the re-branding and legislative change to the #Arbitration Act in #Malaysia, I am certain that the vision for Malaysia becoming a global hub for #ADR will become a reality.
