Honoured to be featured in the International Business Review’s ‘INFLUENCERS: 60 Drivers of Malaysia’s Economy’ edition. Since my appointment as Director back in 2010, and the support of my team and the local ADR community, we have been able to convince all our stakeholders to commit towards the cause of ADR in Malaysia. The relentless branding of KLRCA as a progressive and efficient dispute resolution centre, as well as our ability and commitment to introduce innovative products and services to the market, has reignited interest and confidence in ADR in this country and region. Operating out from a small bungalow in Jalan Conlay to the magnificent Bangunan Sulaiman, one of the largest ADR Centres in the world; it has certainly been a rewarding journey. Putting Malaysia back on the map as an attractive and reliable ADR hub, as well as being recognised as a driver of our nation’s economy has given me great pride. Our efforts to further enhance the ADR landscape is a continuous commitment which we intend to fully sustain for future generations to come.
